Our classroom size and number of rooms are kept to the capacity of 15 - 26, to foster the right balance for positive group learning.
We have developed transparent redress policies that are disseminated to our students, so that they can devote full attention to their studies in the knowledge that assistance is available should they need it. Our student's handbook and marketing communication have details of all types of fees payable - tuition and also the non-tuition payments that they are required to pay e.g. registration fee, exam fee, etc. in connection with their enrolment for the respective courses.
Our teachers and lecturers are selected based on their experience and the dedication shown to be accepted as a teaching staff.

Oxford Business & Language School may be liable for any misrepresentation or unfair practice as defined by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2004 by our appointed agents or their servants or agents.
To lend support to our undertaking, the activities of our agents are governed by an Agreement outlining specifically their roles and responsibilities and, also the punitive measures; e.g. dismissal or legal action, that would be taken against those responsible for any willful misrepresentation or unfair practices defined under the above mentioned act in the recruitment of students.Our agents are aware of the responsibilities placed on them and control measures are in place to ensure their proper conduct and performance to safeguard the students' interests..
