SPS is a Student Protection Scheme that helps protect the students tuition fees for both International and Local Students in the event that the School:

• Discontinuous operation due to insolvency
• Discontinuous due to Regulatory closure
• Refuse to pay penalties or refund fees to the student arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore Courts

Period of Insurance

• The period of insurance will core the entire duration of the course.
• The period of insurance will begin upon approval by NTUC Income.

The Insurance Premium depends on the programme and duration.

The Insurance paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The above conditions of Insurance are as stipulated by NTUC Income.

Certificate of Student Insurance

• NTUC will issue a Certificate of Student Insurance to School for the insured student upon receipt of the insurance premium.

How do I claim?

• Students who need to make a claim must first check that they are insured and be able to produce his/her Certificate of Student Insurance, receipts of course fees (original) when submitting a claim under the insurance. (NTUC website ).
