Course Details
This course had been developed to enrich and equip students the knowledge to work in the service aspect of a hospitality environment. It further focuses on preparing student for careers at senior management level in the total hospitality business inclusive of front desk operation, food and beverage consultancies, food and wine marketing , and restaurant and function management.
The programme further develops the strength for students to continue education in any field within the hospitality industry framework. The programme consists of 7 modules both in the Diploma and Advanced Diploma stages with 6 months of industry internship respectively after completion of all modules at each level of study.
